NOVA Invests in Warehousing & Logistics Business
MID-MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT FIRM INVESTS IN LOGISTICS BUSINESS IN CHARLESTON
Charleston, South Carolina (January 24, 2022) – NOVA Infrastructure (“NOVA”) has completed an investment in Premier Logistics Solutions (“Premier”) in December 2021. Premier is an owner and operator of warehousing and logistics assets and currently serves customers in and around Charleston, South Carolina.
Bringing decades of logistics and 3PL industry experience, the Premier management team operates four warehouses and numerous vehicles in the Charleston market. Hosting the country’s sixth largest port, Charleston is one of the largest hubs for global trade in the U.S. and a rapidly growing regional powerhouse in the transportation and logistics sector. Premier provides a comprehensive range of services including warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, packaging and transportation services for a variety of customers in the e-commerce, consumer, household goods, chemicals, and industrial markets.
