NOVA Infrastructure Promotes Two Investment Professionals
MID-MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT FIRM PROMOTES PHILIP MOOR AND BRYANT DANG
New York, NY – (January 10, 2022) – NOVA Infrastructure is pleased to announce the promotions of Philip Moor to Senior Vice President and Bryant Dang to Vice President.
“Both Mr. Moor and Mr. Dang are talented and hard-working colleagues who had made tremendous efforts sourcing and executing NOVA’s investments and are the foundation of our expanding team,” said NOVA’s Founder and Managing Partner Chris Beall. NOVA’s Founder and Partner Allison Kingsley also added, “Mr. Moor and Mr. Dang have played critical roles building out NOVA’s investment portfolio, which now totals seven investments.”
Mr. Moor leads NOVA’s investment in Integrated Waste Solutions Group, a vertically integrated waste platform, and currently serves on IWSG’s Board of Directors. In addition, he has been leading NOVA’s forthcoming investment in the aviation sector. Mr. Moor began working with NOVA’s two founders in 2018, following an earlier career in infrastructure development and investment banking.
Mr. Dang joined the NOVA team in 2019 after working in energy private equity and investment banking. Most recently, Mr. Dang helped lead NOVA’s investment in Premier Logistics, a warehousing and logistics business in Charleston, SC. He also works on NOVA’s investment in IWSG and Bold Ocean, a government-contracted maritime logistics business. Mr. Dang currently serves on the Board of Directors for both IWSG and Bold Ocean and as an Observer on the Board of Premier Logistics.
